Imaginative Urbanism

Founded in 2014, we do experiments in the design of interior and exterior spaces at the unit, building, and community level. Our projects balance short-term cash returns with long-term value creation through imaginative approaches to how humans envision and use our urban spaces. We do not “flip” properties, we dig in and work alongside the people and forces that shape our communities, usually holding properties for 8+ years.

We are building a portfolio of high-value, cutting edge real estate projects that have a diversity of uses, including long-term rentals, short-term rentals, urban farms, youth spaces, and more. Our investments are within the state of Michigan with a focus on Detroit.
